The installation of cable and internet services shall be carried out by trained technicians employed by DigiHubservices.
The Company shall endeavor to schedule installation appointments at a time convenient for the Customer, subject to availability.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their premises are accessible to DigiHub technicians at the scheduled installation time.
Any additional equipment or services required beyond the standard installation package may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the Customer prior to installation.
DigiHubservices provides internet services on a best-effort basis and does not always guarantee uninterrupted service.
The speed and quality of the internet service may vary depending on factors such as network congestion, equipment compatibility, and environmental conditions.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their devices are compatible with Digi Hub’s internet service.
DigiHubservices provides cable television services, including access to a selection of channels as per the chosen package.
The availability of specific channels may be subject to geographical restrictions and licensing agreements.
The Customer agrees not to tamper with or modify the cable equipment provided by DigiHub without prior authorization.
In the event of any issues with the cable or internet services, the Customer may request repair services from DigiHubservices.
Repair services will be provided by qualified technicians, and the Company will endeavor to address the issue in a timely manner.
The Customer may be required to pay a service fee for repair visits conducted outside the scope of the standard service agreement.
The Customer agrees to pay all applicable fees and charges for the services provided by DigiHubservices.
Billing cycles and payment methods will be communicated to the Customer upon subscription to the services.
Failure to pay invoices in a timely manner may result in suspension or termination of services at the discretion of DigiHubservices.
DigiHubservices shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Customer because of the use or inability to use the services provided.
The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the services in question.
Either party may terminate the service agreement upon providing written notice to the other party.
Upon termination of services, the Customer shall return any equipment provided by DigiHubservices in good working condition, subject to fair wear and tears.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
DigiHubservices reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice to the Customer.
Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website or other notification methods deemed appropriate by DigiHubservices.
By availing of the services provided by DigiHubservices, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
